Yes a gentle slope is fine.

What if it rains?

The castles come with rain covers so can be used during a light rain shower only, however we will not set up any castles if there is a forecast for strong winds or heavy rain.

What kind of access do you need when you deliver the castle?

The castles are wheeled into position using a sack trolley, so we will need a standard size path to get the castle in to your garden or venue. We would ask you to make sure the garden is clear of sharp objects, rubbish, plants, animal mess where the castle will be located.

How Long can we have the castle for?

The price of the castle is for a full days hire no matter how long you have the castle for. We class a full days hire as 8 hours. We have noticed that a lot of customers want the castle delivered in the morning at 10am but if your party does not start till say 1130 please say so as we cannot deliver all the castles at the same time and we will always endeavour to deliver in plenty of time before the event starts. Anything over 8 hours hire and there will be an additional charge.

How Long does it take to put up the castle?

Please allow us 15-20 minutes to set up the castle and 30 minutes to dismantle. This is to allow us to make sure the castle is secure and safe to use.
